Rules and Regulations
Internal Rules and Regulations of the Lagoon and its Facilities to be complied with by the Users of the Community of Recreational Users of the Alcazaba Lagoon.
By purchasing a ticket with us, you are accepting all our rules.
1. Application of the regulation
The rules of these regulations are obligatory for all users. Failure to comply with the rules or disregard the instructions of the lifeguards will result in expulsion from the facilities without the right to a refund of the entrance fee.
2. Responsibilities
The Community of Users of the Lagoon assumes no liability for accidents occurring while sailing in the Lagoon, as well as for those that occur by virtue of non-compliance with the rules and regulations listed below. Any incident or breakdown that may occur and that may be provided to third parties outside the normal use of the Lagoon.
3. Operation of the lagoon
Opening hours of the lagoon for users of the indoor area at OUTSIDERS BEACH from:
From 11:00 to 20:00, in summer (June, July and August).
From 11:00 to 18:00, the rest of the year.
It is strictly forbidden to use the facilities outside these hours.
4. Boats allowed to sail in the lagoon
Only single-hull propulsion boats (kayaks, paddle surfers, pedal boats) with paddles are allowed in the lagoon.
5. About helmsmen and boat crews
Every person navigating in the Lagoon must be able to swim in case of an accident.
Everyone must wear a life jacket and fasten it correctly.
Minimum age for sailing:
From 0 to 13 years old, only accompanied by an adult.
From 13 to 18 years old with parental permission to sail.
Over 18 years of age are free to sail.
Regardless of age, the height must be over 1.50 m.
It is expressly forbidden for anyone to swim outside the pool areas.
6. Other
Alcazaba Lagoon reserves the right to close the water activities due to weather conditions (wind and rain) without having to refund the entrance fee, the reservation will always be changed for another day when there is availability and always in the same season, with a minimum of two days prior to the reservation.
Alcazaba Lagoon has the right to change prices.
Additional regulations
Smoking is not allowed on the beaches or in the beach bar. There will be smoking areas in the lagoon.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the lagoon under the influence of alcohol. Any accident will be recorded and reported to security (lifeguards in red shirts).
In case of emergency or accident, contact the lifeguards (wearing red t-shirts).
No entry allowed:
With food
Drinks
Pets
External aquatic items (boards, mats, inflatables, umbrellas, balls and beach chairs).
